SHIRTS LAUNDERING

All shirts are done on our premises and all are hand-finished. We offer completely hand ironed shirts. Boxed shirts are individually wrapped in plastic for easy storage. We finish shirts to your specifications from no starch to light, medium or heavy starch.

Men's business shirts are designed to be put on a Shirt machine with a Body. This body automatically presses the item. Some women's shirts and blouses will not fit on this machine and will be processed and prices as a dry cleaning item.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS

All household items are processed with gentle dry cleaning or wet cleaning methods according to the standards of the industry to insure the safety of the item.

ALTERATION

Put any pre-measured garment in a plastic bag along with your dry cleaning in MID-ATLANTIC CLEANERS bag. Include if necessary any special instructions or notes with your order and we will follow them to the letter. You can also call the store at any time with additional instructions. Our professional drivers are trained to offer advice on your tailoring needs.

INSTRUCTIONS EXAMPLES:

Hem up navy blue pants 2 inches.
Hem down black pants 2 inches.
Hem gray pants inseam 27 inches.
Make same length on blue pants as gray pants.
Hem up brown skirt 0.5 of inches.
Hem down green skirt 2.5 of inches.
Replace zipper on white pants.
