Turn-around and Schedule

TURN-AROUND TIMES

Allow 3 days after the pick-up day for laundry and dry cleaning; add 1 extra day for alterations and 2 extra days for shoe repair. Allow 2 weeks for Specialty Items such as Leather/Suede, Carpet, Reweaving, or Bridal Gown. If you have an emergency, your dry cleaning or laundry delivery will be rushed.

SCHEDULING

Our pick-up/delivery service can be regularly scheduled for once or twice a week, or if you prefer you can simply call us on demand.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

You request pick-up and drop-off day once or twice a week, and our driver will follow that schedule weekly. Have your bag ready for pick-up if possible by 9:00 am on your scheduled day.

If we pick-up on Monday drop-off will be on Thursday.

If we pick-up on Tuesday drop-off will be on Friday.

If we pick-up on Wednesday drop-off will be on Saturday.

If we pick-up on Thursday drop-off will be on Monday.

If we pick-up on Friday drop-off will be on Tuesday.

If we pick-up on Saturday drop-off will be on Wednesday.

ON DEMANDS PICK-UP/DROP-OFF

If you call before noon, we will pickup your clothes that same day. Afternoon and evening calls will be picked up the same day when possible otherwise pick-up on the following day.

If we pick-up on Monday drop-off will be on Thursday.

If we pick-up on Tuesday drop-off will be on Friday.

If we pick-up on Wednesday drop-off will be on Saturday.

If we pick-up on Thursday drop-off will be on Monday.

If we pick-up on Friday drop-off will be on Tuesday.

If we pick-up on Saturday drop-off will be on Wednesday.

RESCHEDULING

You can reschedule a pick-up or drop-off day at any time. Our vans cover our routes daily; since we are always "in the neighborhood", we will be happy to add your pick-up or delivery on the day that is convenient for you.

Please note if we pick up your clothes out of your weekly schedule then the drop-off day will automatically move. For instance your regular pick-up day is on Monday and drop-off day is on Thursday, and we pick up your clothes on Tuesday instead of Monday, delivery will be on Friday. If you prefer get your clothes back on Thursday, then please let us know that you prefer this.
